I am an Achiever. I have the ability to work long hours and do good work because I want to. I reach for new challenges in an opportunity to learn more, give more, and live more.
I work for Significance. Gaining trust, recognition, and achievements drives my work. By surrounding myself with successful people, I become inspired to work harder and achieve more.
The ability of Individualization helps me lead. By observing others' strengths, I am able to create productive teams, customized to specific goals. I am accomodating and adaptive.
I am a Relator. Trust is my greatest strength. As a leader and team player, I understand the ability of myself and others to do good work and play one's part well. To this point, I do my always put in my best work and expect my team to do the same.
I Command. This trait allows me to utilize direct communication to ensure high levels of productivity. I believe it is best to confront conflict at arrival to avoid worsening. As a leader, I am the oil in the machine.
